Recently, USEPA  released a document  entitled, "Draft National Guidance: Best Management Practices for Preparing Vessels Intended to Create Artificial Reefs."  This document can be viewed  on USEPA’s website by visiting www.epa.gov/owow/oceans/habitat/artificialreefs.  The website includes a link to electronically submit comments, which are due  October 1.  COA is reviewing the document and preparing comments.
